Hi everyone,

I completed my elementary, middle, and high school education at Sokollu Elementary School and Havsa High School in the Havsa district of Edirne. My academic journey encompassed both technical and social academic fields, spanning Yıldız Technical University, Trakya University, Anadolu University, and Sakarya University.

As for how I encountered computers and my professional life:

During my primary and secondary education years, I had the opportunity to work both in our own workplace and in various fields. The device that changed my life—the computer—I encountered in 1984 while I was a student at Yıldız University Faculty of Mechanical Engineering. I wrote my first codes on an Amstrad PC owned by a friend in the study halls of the Abdi İpekçi Male Student Dormitory. I am one of the first graduates of the Computer Programming Department at Trakya University. We made our first internet connection in 1988 while studying here, during a meeting where Prof. Dr. Oğuz MANAS was a guest, thanks to the opportunities he provided. I remember with eternal gratitude and respect our esteemed teacher Prof. Dr. Abdüssamet MARŞOĞLU, who gave us a profession that would affect our entire lives.

My first insured job was as a Turing Triptych officer at the Kapıkule Border Gate. Afterwards, in what I can call my entrepreneurial experience, I opened the first enterprise providing informatics and computer services in Edirne in 1989 (EBİM Computer and Engineering). In 1992, I started working as an ADIS Automation Officer at (Edirne) PTT. When Türk Telekom separated in 1995, I remained within Türk Telekom. I developed standalone software covering the first websites, exchange automation, billing-collection, and personnel automation within the institution. Between 2000 and 2006, I was part of the 12-person Web Technologies Development Working Group established within Türk Telekom General Directorate. I had the opportunity, albeit small, to contribute to designing, creating, and developing nationwide corporate (and general) software and systems. In this way, I witnessed many firsts in internet and web technologies within the public sector in Türkiye; frankly, my vision changed.

When Türk Telekom was privatized in 2006, I moved to Trakya University. I joined a productive working environment within the Department of Information Technologies. During this time, I continued to develop standalone software, albeit to a lesser extent, but worked more on network design and structuring. Also, I occasionally acted in the position of Head of Department. After transferring to Trakya University, I had the opportunity to complete the Master's education I had started while working at Türk Telekom.

In 2009, I started working as a Lecturer at the newly established (2008) Tunca Vocational School, which provides distance education. Shortly thereafter, I was appointed as Assistant Director, a duty I still carry out.

Although I don't use social media much, I continue to work on social media management.

I have a particular interest in artificial intelligence and have been working on it since 2017. This work is solely for personal curiosity and personal development purposes; it does not aim for any academic goal. During this process, I acquired a hobby like Digital Art.

Speaking of hobbies, table tennis occupies an important place in my life.

I have a YouTube channel where I talk about the health issues I've experienced; you can access it at www.ostomyfan.com or via https://www.youtube.com/@ostomyfan.

The continuation will come as it occurs to me.... ;)
